Data Consistency

The Security Properties Dialog shows permissions as they are in the data base and therefore ignores all unsaved local changes you may have made through TheSecurity.

If you make changes in the dialog and press the [Ok] button:

--> Changes made through the dialog are committed to the server and TheSecurity reloads the object, thereby discarding all unsaved local changes made through TheSecurity.

If you make no changes in the dialog and/or press the [Cancel] button:

--> Nothing is committed to the server and unsaved local changes made through TheSecurity remain.
