The allocation for sales quotes functions in a similar way. The NAV table used for field allocation is the same as in the sales order, and the NAV documents are archived in the Thereforeâ„¢ category Sales Quote (Outgoing). However, there is a difference in the immediate saving of outgoing documents (see figure 23 below).

If a sales quote is printed, a message box will appear stating that the document has been successfully archived.
