Configuration 1 - Typical Installation
The Thereforeâ„¢ Server and Thereforeâ„¢ Web Access are not installed on the same server as Microsoft SharePoint. The Thereforeâ„¢ Connector is installed as part of the Thereforeâ„¢ Server setup, and connects to the Microsoft SharePoint server or SharePoint Online.
Configuration 2
The Thereforeâ„¢ Server with Thereforeâ„¢ Web Access is installed on the same server as Microsoft SharePoint. The Thereforeâ„¢ Crawler for Microsoft SharePoint is installed on this server, and if Web Parts are to be utilized, they need to be installed on this server too.
