This feature is prepared for our French customers, so they can send invoices to the French government using the Chorus Pro platform. It is only available in Thereforeā¢ Online EU and currently not on-premise. Users can create and upload invoices directly to Chorus, using a Thereforeā¢ workflow.
Invoices have to comply with the 'factur-x' standard, otherwise they will be rejected by Chorus. The new 'Embed Index Data' feature can be used to create such a PDF. It will use a normal PDF, then will embed a 'factur-x.xml' with information from the index data and save it as PDF/A-3. Such an invoice can be uploaded to Chorus using the 'Call Function' Workflowt task to trigger the 'TFOChorusUpload' Azure function.
