How can I view documents using the app?
1. After executing any type of search, a hit-list of found documents will be displayed. A document can be opened for viewing by tapping on it in the hit-list.
2. The document will be then be displayed on the device (the file needs to be one of the over 400 supported file formats).

Audio and video files cannot be viewed/played using Thereforeā¢ Go.

Please note that there may be limitations on the size of files that can be opened using Thereforeā¢ Go. Certain devices may have issues when opening large files for viewing. This heavily depends on the device specifications, particularly RAM and storage, and also if other apps are running on the device at the same time.
