Save any changes to the options.

 

Change password

For users that have been created with Thereforeā„¢ User Management, the password can be changed.

 

Download (only available if configured)

This opens a dialog from which the user can download the Thereforeā„¢ Client.

 

About

An about dialog is displayed.

 

Close

Closes the Options dialog.

 

Automatically claim Workflow Instances:

If this is checked, no dialog box asking the user if they would like to claim the instance, will appear when the user opens a workflow instance.

 

Include header when copying from hit-list:

If this is checked, the header will be included when copying from the hit-list.

 

Blocksize in Result set:

The maximum number of documents to be listed in one block of hit-list entries. The default is value 25.

 

Maximum hit count:

The maximum number of documents to be displayed in the hit-list. The default is 500. If there are more hits than the specified count, then only the specified number of hits are listed. A message informing the user of how many additional hits the search produced will be displayed.

 

Full-text hit-count:

The chosen number of documents displayed in the hit-list of a Full-text search.

 

Default Zoom:

The default zoom can be set for documents viewed in JPEG mode. This setting is browser- and user-specific.

 

Users are able to configure viewing settings for documents based on the file extension. If there is no configured viewing setting for a certain extension, the server default is always used.

 

Add...

By clicking Add... an extension can be added and a matching viewing application chosen.

 

Remove

The selected extension can be removed.

 

Info

The viewing settings for each user are stored as a cookie on the browser. If the user changes the browser or PC, the stored settings will not be applied.

Settings are retained if a user accesses multiple tenants from the same browser.
