Workflow

The workflow from which index data should be uploaded.

 

Table name:

The name that will be given to the table in Power BI.

 

Report type

Select which type of report should be uploaded.

 

Process performance over time

This returns the number of processes, duration of processes, and whether they were overdue.

 

Process performance per task

This returns the number of tasks, duration of tasks, and whether they were overdue.

 

Task performance over time

This returns the duration of the task and whether it was overdue.

 

Task performance per user

This returns the duration of the task and whether it was overdue per user that participated in this task.

 

Task

If one of the task reports is chosen, the task needs to be defined.

 

Granularity

The report granularity defines the periods of time the report is broken down into.

 

Overdue status

 

Overdue

Only overdue processes/tasks will be uploaded.

 

In time

Only processes/tasks completed on time will be included.

 

Both

Overdue and on time process/tasks will be uploaded

 

Ignore

The overdue status is ignored.

 

Time range

The information to be uploaded can be defined using the current date minus a defined period.

 

Refresh schedule

How often the data should be uploaded and when it should start each day.
