Extensions such as the Therefore™ connector are hidden in Business Central by default and need to be activated for each user. Clicking on the search icon and entering Users will display the User Configuration page.

This will then display a list of configured users:

Clicking on one of the users will display the User Card. To configure permissions, click on User Permission Sets.

Every user that should be able to use the Therefore™ Dynamics 365 Business Central 15+ connector needs at least Therefore™ User ("THE-USER") permission.

The Therefore™ Admin ("THE-ADMIN") permission is required in order to make changes in the Therefore™ Setup.

The Therefore™ User permission prevents users from deleting documents. If users should be allowed to delete documents, the “THE-USER-DEL” permission has to be granted. This permission contains all permissions of the “THE-USER” permission as well as the permission to delete documents.
