Mapping No.15 - Posted purchase invoice (index data transfer) |

Mapping No. 15 is responsible for retroactively transferring into Therefore™ the index data of a purchase invoice created by an XML import in NAV after its posting. The data is taken from NAV table 122 (Purch. Inv. Header) and transferred into the index data fields of the purchase invoice created in the previous step in the Therefore™ archive.

As long as this mapping is activated, the index data fields will be transferred to Therefore™ when the purchase invoice is posted. The updated Therefore™ document can be viewed in NAV by running the View function under Actions on the posted purchase invoice card and then clicking on the Flow-Field of the respective line (see Viewing linked documents).
