Mapping SAP NetWeaver Content Repositories to Thereforeâ„¢ Categories |
Scroll |
To ensure that documents can pass between Therefore™ and SAP NetWeaver® it is necessary to map the repositories to Therefore™ categories. Mapping is done via the SAP NetWeaver node in the Therefore™ Solution Designer. The field ContRepID is the two digit SAP NetWeaver® content repository ID (from SAP NetWeaver®), CtgryNo is the Therefore™ category number (from Therefore™ Solution Designer) and the BarcodeContRepID defines whether an SAP NetWeaver® content repository is used for documents with barcodes (1 = yes, 0 = no).
There are two possible mapping scenarios.
One-to-one mapping
Each content repository has a single corresponding Thereforeâ„¢ category. In this case the relevant content repository ID (ContRepID) and Thereforeâ„¢ category number (CtgryNo) can be entered. If documents with barcodes will be saved to this category, then set the value (BarcodeContrepID) to 1.
Combined mapping
Multiple content repositories are mapped into a one Therefore™ category. In this case multiple content repository IDs (ContRepID) have the same Therefore™ category number (CtgryNo). For documents passing to Therefore™ there is a single route, but if documents are to move from Therefore™ to SAP NetWeaver® the route needs to be specifically defined. This route can be defined by using a barcode and setting the value (BarcodeContrepID) to 1 for the defined route. For example, if a document saved to the Therefore™ category 1 should be moved to the content repository D1, then the value (BarcodeContrepID) should be set to one where the ContRepID is equal to D1.
