Getting you started

Our technical staff and that of our partners are ready to assist you with the installation and configuration of your system. You can depend on our technical professionals to competently handle every aspect of the system integration or installation. In addition, if your installation requires custom integration, we will work with your technical team to ensure the best possible transition without disrupting workflow.

After installation is completed we will provide a detailed report on how your documents are being captured, stored, retrieved, distributed and managed. We will include information on collaboration, retrieving processes and recommended back-up processes, what modules were used and how they were implemented, etc.
