The Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer includes an integrated workflow module which makes it possible to create, modify and save Thereforeâ„¢ workflow processes. Right-clicking on a specific workflow opens a context menu.

New Process...

Create a new workflow process.  

 

Settings...

Opens the workflow settings.

 

Export...

Thereforeâ„¢ allows workflow process definitions to be exported as a XML file. Exported processes can be later imported into this, or other systems. It is also possible to just export the latest version of a workflow.

 

Security Report...

The security report contains all security settings for all workflows. It allows you to document the final security configuration after installing a system. The security report is stored as a ".csv" file which can be viewed with Microsoft Excel. 

 

Security...

Opens the security dialog.

 

Right-clicking on a specific workflow display another context menu.

Copy to another category

The user can copy the workflow to a new category. The workflow must be given a new name.

 

Import new version from XML...

This allows a workflow to be updated with a different version of the same workflow exported from another Thereforeâ„¢ system. After the import the new version workflow must be activated.

 

Delete Process

The workflow can be deleted.
