Change View

Click on the drop-down arrow to change the layout of the document hit-list. This can be set separately for each category in a case.

 

Fields...

Allows you to select which index data fields should be displayed on the document hit-list. Move the available fields between columns using the Add and Remove buttons, and change the display order using Move Up and Move Down.

 

Sorting...

Allows you to customize the sorting and grouping of the document hit-list. Select the first parameter and choose either Ascending or Descending ordering. Further parameters can also be entered in the area below the first parameter.

 

Save Current View

Saves the current view for the user locally.

 

Reset View

Resets to the standard view layout. If an administrator has published a default view for all users, it will be reset to this view.

 

Publish View

This is only available to administrators. The current view can be published, making it the default view for all users. However, each user's locally saved view will always take precedence. Only one view may be published for each category. A view can be deleted and permissions set in the Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer under the case category's search object.

 

Delete Published View

Deletes the currently published view. The default is reset to the standard view.

 

Panel Layout

 

Save Layout

Save the current panel layout to a file.

 

Load Layout

Load a saved panel layout from file.

 

Reset Layout

Switch back to the default panel layout.
