info

The connector supports the auto-append feature. When a document is saved a second time, Thereforeā„¢ will populate all other fields with the data from the existing document. In addition, an auto-append tool bar will appear at the bottom of the dialog. The user can then change the default auto-append action by selecting the drop-down box and choosing a new setting.

6.You will then have the opportunity to log out or to scan further documents.

Note

You should not leave your PC with eCopy ShareScan unattended while it is logged in, since doing so could allow unauthorized use - which would then be 'logged' (i.e. traced) to your account.

Each eCopy ShareScan that is currently logged in uses a Thereforeā„¢ license (named/concurrent). Users should hence log out when they are finished so as not to lock licenses unnecessarily.

The administrator can monitor logged in users via the Thereforeā„¢ Console application. From here it is possible to log-off users who have forgotten to do so.
