A right-click on an existing eForm underneath the Folders (or directly underneath the eForms object) opens a context menu.

Open eForm

Opens up the existing eForm in a web browser.

 

New Folder

Opens up a browser with the existing eForm in design mode.

 

Configure Processing

Opens up an 'eForms Indexing Profile' dialog to configure processing of the selected eForm.

 

Export

Export configuration definitions for this folder and sub-item.

 

Copy

Raises an eForm name dialog to name the copy. New copy appears in the same column as the original (and can then be moved to another folder).

 

Rename

Rename the eForm from the Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer

 

Delete

Delete the eForms from the Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer.

 

Security

Permissions that control a user's ability to execute queries, view and modify documents can be set.
