Wait for Document |

In some document or case processes it may be required to wait until a certain document arrives before continuing. Take the example of an insurance claim where the following documents are required before the process can continue.
•a repairs quote which is saved in a category called Quotes
•an inspectors report which is saved in a category called Reports
This can be done using the Wait for Documents task.
