1.When a Tree View has been configured for a category in the Solution Designer this will be visible in Windows Explorer and will behave in a similar way to your other folders. Drag and drop the document(s) into the required folder.

2.The category's index data dialog will open.  If you have selected multiple documents, then under the Save button you can select whether you would like to save the selected files As one document or As separate documents. The index data will be automatically filled out depending on the tree view level where you drop the document. Once all index data has been specified, click Save to add the document(s) to Thereforeâ„¢.

1.Documents in Thereforeâ„¢ can be found by browsing through the Thereforeâ„¢ Tree View folders and then double clicking on the document to open it in the Thereforeâ„¢ Viewer.

1.Right-clicking on the Thereforeâ„¢ root object displays a context menu. To refresh the Tree View, right-click on the Thereforeâ„¢ and click Refresh.

2.Clicking on Properties opens the Thereforeâ„¢ Properties dialog.

Display success message after saving

If this is checked, a success message is displayed after saving to Thereforeâ„¢.

Open in Thereforeâ„¢ Viewer before saving

If this is checked then the document will be opened in Thereforeâ„¢ Viewer for verification before saving.
