Add a button to the eForm and define its functionality. |
This page describes the settings that are characteristic of the Button component. Please find the general settings here:

These settings can also be used to customize the standard Submit button that is automatically added to an eForm.
Display Tab
Action
The action to be performed by the button.
Custom
Define a custom action to be performed by the button. Selecting this action makes the Button Custom Logic field available.
Button Custom Logic
Enter a script to be executed when the button is clicked.
Event
Select this option to trigger an event when the button is clicked.
Button Event
Define the event that should be triggered when the button is clicked.
Reset
The eForm will be reset if the button is clicked.
Save Draft
A draft of the eForm will be saved if the button is clicked.
Submit
The eForm will be submitted if the button is clicked. Therefore™ eForms automatically include a Submit button. This option allows you to add multiple Submit buttons to longer eForms.
Show Validations (checkbox)
When checked, validation errors in the eForms will be shown when this button is pressed. This checkbox is available for every action except Submit.
Theme
Select a color theme for the button.
Danger
The button will be displayed in red.
Default
The button will be displayed in gray.
Info
The button will be displayed in turquoise.
Primary
The button will be displayed in blue.
Success
The button will be displayed in green.
Warning
The button will be displayed in orange.
Size
Select the size of the button.
Extra Small
Notably smaller than the standard button size.
Large
About 30% larger than the standard button size.
Medium
The standard button size.
Small
Smaller than the standard button size.
Left icon
Add an icon class string to display an icon on the button left of the text. Please refer to the following external page for a list of icons.
Right icon
Add an icon class string to display an icon on the button right of the text. Please refer to the following external page for a list of icons.
Shortcut
Add a shortcut to this component.
Block (checkbox)
If this box is checked the button will take up the entire space of its bonding container.
Disable on Form Invalid
Checking this box will disable the button if the eForm is invalid.
