Name
User defined name for this form.
Form Image
If set, the default page background will be filled from the selected form image.
Blank Image or green bars
If set, the default page background will be either plain (white) paper or green bars (mainframe line printer paper).
___pages
The number of pages in this form definition.
Page Order
Defines the appearance of a multi-page document. If the number of pages is 1, only Cyclic is possible. If the number exceeds 1, then other options are possible.

The specified background is repeated as many times as needed for the text to be displayed. For example, if the form has two pages, the first form page will be used for all odd pages in the document, and the second form page for all even document pages. |
Special First page, or Special Last page, or Special First and Last page |
Allows the first, last (or first and last) pages to be defined differently compared to the rest of the document. |
Page Settings
Opens the page settings dialogue to define the layout of a form page.
Maximum number of lines per page
Sets the maximum number of lines per page. For larger line numbers a page break is added each time the number is exceeded. This setting is useful if the file does not contain any form feed codes.
Scale to Gray (only for form images).
If selected, the form image background, and the document text, will be scaled to gray.
OEM to ANSI conversion
Converts OEM characters in the document into ANSI ASCII for display.
