Change Case Status

ChangeCaseStatus

The Change Case Status task changes the status of a case. This task is only available for workflows based on a category belonging to a case. This is an automatic task executed by the system with no user interaction.

Name of the Change Case Status task. Appears as the task name in the Workflow Designer.

Duration

For automatic tasks this can be left at 0.

Type (read only)

Task type is set to Change Case Status by the system (read only).
