Start Workflow

Another workflow defined for the same category can be started. For case categories, any workflow defined for the category or its case definition can be started. This is an automatic task executed by the system with no user interaction.

Name

Name of the Start Workflow task. Appears as the task name in the Workflow Designer.

Duration

For automatic tasks this can be left at 0.

Type (read only)

Task type is set to Start Workflow by the system (read only).

Start Workflow

Select the workflow process that should be started. Any process defined for the same category can be chosen. For case categories, any workflow defined for the category or its case definition can be chosen.
