Add Link
A category link can be defined, and consists of three elements
Link direction: Point out 
which means that documents links will be visible only from this category.
Point in 
which means that documents links will be visible only from the linked category.
Both ways 
which means that document links will be visible from both categories.
Category name: this is the name of the category that should be linked.
| Field name: this is the name of the linking field. Fields can only be linked if they are of the same type. When the field values are equal, an automatic link will be created. |

It is also possible to establish a link between the following fields: oNumeric Counter and Number Field, as both are number fields oFormatted Counter and Text Field, as both are text fields |
Delete Link
Documents links can be deleted by selecting them and clicking this button.
