The following enhancements and changes are part of the Therefore™ 2024 release.
Therefore™ Integration
•Discontinued support for Kofax eCopy ShareScan
•Added an option to the Therefore™ integration with Microsoft Teams to opt out of notifications for specific tasks and workflow instances
Therefore™ Web Access
•Created a new web client for Therefore™ users

Therefore™ Core
•Improved prevention of data loss by adding alerts if there are categories that are not migrated at all or if there are categories without backup migration. Administrators and operators will be alerted whenever they log into the Therefore™ system until migration has been configured.
•Added the option to add comments that automatically include ones username and a timestamp on workflow instances, documents and cases. This feature replaces the existing Additional Information field.
•Replaced local searches with personal searches that are available across devices and Therefore™ applications for the user who configured them
•Added the option to define different document titles for the same category or case definition in different Therefore™ applications, features, and integrations
•Added the option to exclude index data fields from the full-text search
•Enhanced the functionality of index data table fields:
- Enabled copying column values from the previous or first row when adding a new row
- Enabled using the value from a different field as default for the column in a new row
- Allowed selecting multiple rows and deleting all the selected rows
•Standardized the use of permissions for Therefore™ cases
- The permission ‘Add case’ is now always checked for when field values are being set on case creation
- The permission ‘Update case index data’ is now always checked for when index data fields in the case header are being edited
•Added the option to populate keyword dictionaries using the clipboard
•Updated Therefore™ color schemes to Office 2022 color schemes
•Enabled deleting closed cases
•Added new scripting functions
•Enhanced calculated fields
- Added a new function: addDays(dateValue, days) to add integers or the value of number fields to date fields or date and time fields
- Added a new function: toString(Field1, [Optional Format String]) to convert index data field values to strings
- Enabled subtracting date fields from each other. The function returns the number of days between the two dates as an integer
- Added a Formulas tab to text fields and enabled addition (+) of text fields. In combination with the new toString function this enhancement can be used to concatenate fields.

•Added the option to set dynamic mandatory and disabled fields.

•Added option to configure e-mail client in the general settings for SMTP, SMTP (SASL XAUTH), Exchange Online, and Gmail.

•Switched to 64-bit Executables
Therefore™ Navigator
•Enabled sharing Therefore™ documents publicly, with other Therefore™ users, or with specific users or user groups. Documents can be converted to PDFs or shared in the original file type.
Therefore™ Workflow
•Added the user name to the workflow history of process definitions to improve tracking changes
•Added new 'Task ID' setting to workflow tasks to allow referencing in conditional mandatory fields
Therefore™ eForms
•Added option to automatically save eForms as drafts while the user is filling out the eForm
•Added an option in the Therefore™ Solution Designer that allows the administrator to enable or disable anonymous access to specific eForms. This feature replaces the anonymous Forms user configuration in the Therefore™ Classic Web Client.
Therefore™ eSignatures
•Added API link as a delivery method for Scrive
•Added decline reason (with comment) to Scrive
•Added support for the following providers: Ededoc (France), Webszigno (Hungary), NitroSign (UK). Reimplemented Yousign v3.
•Enabled OAuth support for DocuSign and added a new configuration UI for authentication with OAuth
