This guide shows you how to implement the Thereforeâ„¢ Rights Server.

In Visual Studio 2013 / 2015 create a new C# Class Project. |

Go to References and choose "Add Reference..." |

Select the COM Tab and select "TheAddIn 1.0 Type Library" |

Add "using Therefore.AddIn" to your using directives |

Change your class statement to class <xy> : ITheRightsServer64 (see Screenshot) |

Open the Context Menu and select Implement Interface ITheRightsServer64 (see Screenshot). This creates automatically all the functions stubs necessary to implement the The Rights Server. |

Implement all methods needed. The NotImplementedException can remain in all other methods. |

Compile your code. |

Edit the Therefore Server setting in the Therefore Solution Designer named Rights Server set it to: <the name of your COM Class>. From the example this is MyRightsServer.MyRightsServerClass |

Start the Thereforeâ„¢ Server and test your Thereforeâ„¢ Right Server Implementation (Debugging Thereforeâ„¢ Rights Server). |
