Extensions such as the Thereforeā¢ connector are hidden in Business Central by default and need to be activated for each user. Clicking on the search icon and entering Users will display the User Configuration page.
This will then display a list of configured users:
Clicking on one of the users will display the User Card. To configure permissions, click on User Permission Sets.
Every user that should be able to use the Thereforeā¢ Dynamics 365 Business Central 15+ connector needs at least Thereforeā¢ User ("THE-USER") permission.
The Thereforeā¢ Admin ("THE-ADMIN") permission is required in order to make changes in the Thereforeā¢ Setup.
The Thereforeā¢ User permission prevents users from deleting documents. If users should be allowed to delete documents, the āTHE-USER-DELā permission has to be granted. This permission contains all permissions of the āTHE-USERā permission as well as the permission to delete documents.
