Once configuration changes are pushed to enrolled devices, the new parameters will be used when the user starts the app. If the app is already in use, the user will be logged out and the sign-in screen will appear for the user to enter their credentials to establish a new connection with updated settings. Here is how the sign-in view appears on the device once new settings are pushed.

If the sign-in view is the current view in the app, the user will have to wait until settings are pushed to the device, and they will be required to sign-in again.
Note: On managed/enrolled iPhones and iPads, you can still see and edit settings in iOS Settings, but these settings will not be applied to the app. Instead, the settings pushed to the device by the IT administrator will be applied. |
