Therefore™ Help

A list of all the events occurring within the Therefore™  Document Management System is displayed. Event messages generated by the various Therefore™  components are used to maintain the 'audit trail' of user activity and document changes.

It provides the Therefore™  Administrator with a detailed view of all current activity in 'real time' - showing Date/Time, User identity, computer being used, operation performed, any error code and the name of the Therefore™  components being used. All the data displayed is 'logged' to a file. The log files are regularly archived by Therefore. The archive cycle can be controlled by the Administrator.
