Here a pool of read-only users can be specified who will be assigned the read-only licenses, based on availability. Users in this pool will only have read-only access in the system.  Read-only users cannot participate in workflows.

Add

Add a users to the pool of read-only users.

Remove

Users can be removed from the read-only pool.
