Therefore™ includes predefined roles with specific permissions that can be assigned to users and groups working on Therefore™ objects.
It is also possible to create your own customized roles.
How do I create a new role in Therefore™?
1. In the Therefore™ Solution Designer, go to Access > right-click on Roles > select New Role to open the Role Definition dialog.
2.Add a name and description for the new role and set the permissions from the list of check-boxes.

The new role is displayed under the Roles node in the Therefore™ Solution Designer.
This role can now be assigned to users and groups working on Therefore™ objects.
