Enhancements & Changes

 

The following enhancements and changes are part of the Therefore™ Online (v.26) release.

 

Therefore™ Dynamic Web View

•New features and functionalities have been included in this latest version of Therefore™ Dynamic Web View including:

       Case Management

       Smart Capture Verification

       Calculated fields

       Delete a file from a document

       Field-level permissions

  UI enhancements such as adding documents, hit-list, and using the default query for the hit-list layout.

 

Therefore™ Workflows

•The workflow history can be saved to cases after a case workflow is completed. This enhancement allows the user to save the Workflow history as a PDF file to a case of their choice.

•An automatic task was added to report an error and stop/pause processing of the workflow. This allows the users to assign specific ways to handle certain errors. The user can choose to either route to a specific task, ignore, and/or ‘pause' the workflow if a certain error occurs in the workflow.

 

Therefore™ Smart Capture*

•Added an option to turn line item processing on/off.

 

Therefore™ eSignatures

•VismaSign, PleaseSign, and AdobeSign have now been included as eSignature providers.

 

Other

•Added enhanced viewing for Excel files in the Therefore™ Viewer with GroupDocs.

•Added an option to switch to the default web client in the Advanced Settings.

•Added the ability to import users from .csv.

 

*Therefore™ Smart Capture is currently not available in the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
