AI-Based Invoice Recognition
Therefore™ Smart Capture extracts data from invoices using AI. It can process a high volume of invoices quickly through automation. Boost employee productivity and efficiency while decreasing errors caused by manual work. Simply save the invoice to a Therefore™ category. The workflow will take care of the rest, ensuring an efficient, streamlined process. The workflow uploads
the invoice to be processed and recognized. Moments later, users can review the captured index data for quick and easy data validation. Because Smart Capture is AI based, human validation helps the system increase its accuracy and ability to understand new layouts over time. Once validated, invoices can be further processed using Therefore™ workflows for increased efficiency.

Several improvements to the Dynamic Web Client have been implemented: support for ad-hoc “Tasks”, and the “Case Documents View”, which enables a visual overview of documents contained within cases.

The existing integrations with eSignature providers have been expanded. We now offer support for Sinatura and Skribble as eSignature providers in addition to DocuSign, SimpleSign, YouSign, and Scrive.

A new connector has been created to allow a seamless connection between Therefore™ and Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (web based systems). This connector allows users to:

• Drag and drop documents for safekeeping in Therefore™ from the Business Central interface
• Move invoice documents and index data from Therefore™ to Business Central for payment via a workflow
• Automatically send purchase invoices originating in Business Central for safekeeping in Therefore™.
