View Related Document Lists

It is also possible to view documents that are "attached" to other document types and versions that are related to the current one. For example the Return Orders (Purchase order version 6), and Purchase Credit (Purchase Order version 4) are related to Posted Purchase Return (see Appendix I for more details). Any documents "attached" to Return Orders and Purchase Credits will be displayed when View Related Document List is chosen for the Posted Purchase Return.

To configure this feature for a document type and version, make sure that all related document types and versions have been correctly mapped.

The results here may appear the same as with the View Document List option but that is merely due to lack of related document data in the current database.
