Previous Case

Moves to the previous case in the currently active Thereforeā„¢ Navigator hit-list.

 

Next Case

Moves to the next case in the currently active Thereforeā„¢ Navigator hit-list.

 

Quick-search

A full-text search can be performed by entering a search string. By default, all full-text enabled categories will be searched and stemming is active. These settings can be changed under Advanced Search and stemming can be deactivated under the Thereforeā„¢ Navigator Options.

 

Document Content

If checked, the document content will be displayed in the hit-list.

 

Index Data

If checked, the index data will be displayed in the hit-list.

 

Advanced Search

The full-text search dialog will be opened.

 

Case Header

Opens the Case Header dialog for the case. Users with permission to do so can modify the case header in the same way as a document's index data.

 

New Document

Add new documents to the case.

 

Delete Documents

Delete the selected documents from the case.

 

Templates

All Template Profiles that the user has permission to access, and that apply to this case, are listed. New documents can then be created from these.

 

Refresh Hit-list

The document hit-list will be refreshed.

 

Print Hit-list

Prints the entire hit-list.  

 

Copy Hit-list

Copies the currently selected documents from the hit-list to the clipboard.

 

View

Open the selected document in the Thereforeā„¢ Viewer.

 

Index Data

Opens the index data dialog for the selected document. Users with permission to do so can modify the index data.

 

View File

Open the selected file for read-only viewing in the associated program.

 

Edit File

Check-out and edit the selected file for editing in the associated program.

 

note

Documents saved into the temporary folder via the Thereforeā„¢ Case Manager are undetectable by Adobe Reader DC. Changes to saved PDF documents edited in Adobe Reader DC are offered a different location.

 

Check In

Check the current document back in as a new version.

 

Undo Check Out

Undo any changes and maintain the current version.

 

Print

Prints the selected document(s) directly to the default printer.

 

Export

The selected document(s) can be exported to a file system. By clicking on the arrow the menu item is expanded to include a Send option which allows the document(s) to be sent via email.

 

Security

Opens the security dialog for setting permissions for the selected document.

 

History

Displays the document history for the selected document.

 

New Task

Opens the New Task dialog from which the user can create new tasks for the case and assign these to other users.

 

Start Workflow

Start a new workflow instance for the selected document(s). A list of worklows linked to this case will be displayed and the user can choose one of these.

 

Link to...

Displays a dialog with all accessible workflow instances. The Link button allows the document to be linked to a selected workflow instance.
