Usage of .Thex or .Thel files Sent by Email |

How do I open .Thex and .Thel files sent by email?

•.Thex files lead to a document or workflow instance (related to a document). •.Thel files lead to a case or a workflow instance (related to a case). |
1.In the inbox of the email client, select the email with the attached .Thex (or .Thel file).
2.Select the attached item (.Thex or .Thel file) and click to open it.
3.The document will then be visible once it has been opened in the Therefore™ Go mobile app.

If multiple applications can handle .Thex (and/or .Thel files), the user will be asked to select an application in which to open the selected file. |
4.Index data can also be edited by clicking on the icon for the second tab within the icons panel above the document viewing pane.
5.The document content is listed in the third tab within the document icons list above the viewing pane.
6.If a Workflow is attributed to the linked document/case, a forth tab will be available in the icon list above the viewing pane.

For .Thel files, the functionality is similar to that of cases found in a search (or in workflow mode) |
