It is possible to add notes and other details to TIFF and PDF files using the annotations tools. Note that the Annotate tab is not visible when the file is not in the TIFF or PDF format.
Adding annotations to PDF and TIFF files
1.Select a TIFF or PDF in the Thumbnails pane. Click on the Annotate tab. Select one of the annotation options in the ribbon, and then use your mouse to create an area on the page for this annotation to be applied. For more information about annotation options, please refer to TIFF options or PDF options.

•Adding or removing annotations will create a new document version.
•TIFF annotations can be thought of as an extra layer that overlays the original image page (When a document page is printed, the annotations are overlayed automatically onto the final printed result).
•PDF Annotations are embedded into the PDF document itself. |
