This feature requires a Microsoft Office template and a Template Profile which maps the index data to the controls or cells on the template.
1.Perform a search for the document or case you would like to use as the source for the index values. Select this document or case in the hit-list and right-click to open the context menu. Expand the Templates list. All template profiles that are available for this document or case, and for which you have read permission, will now appear in the drop-down list. Select the required template profile.
2.The template will then open in Microsoft Office and will be automatically populated with the mapped index values from the selected document or case.
3.This document can then be edited and processed as required.
