Possible to specify the category for Full-Text search (from Therefore 2015):

•CtgryNo must be equal with the id of the category where we would like to search.

•FieldName must be equal with the input field’s “Column name” – can be found under the category definition.

•Filter value can be a natural text (e.g.: spaces not needed to be encoded) and operators can be used.

•Currently if we would like to filter single keyword fields or multiple keyword fields while executing the search via the URL then we have to use the TWF + FieldNo combination and the text value of the keyword (FieldNo can be found at the database in the TheCtgryFields table). For example: TWF1234=text.

•When we filtering multiple keyword fields we can pass more keyword values via the URL e.g.: …&TWF1234=value1, value2

•In case of user defined data type fields the “Column name” must be used

•if only one document found then it will be opened automatically in the WebViewer otherwise you will be redirected to the WebNavigator with the hit-list.

•Hitlist by setting this parameter to true it will always display the result in hit-list (&hitlist=true).

•Both “Column name” and TWF + FieldNo can be used to filter single keyword input fields (for multiple keyword fields still have to use the TWF + FieldNo format).

Replace string with the actual search string.

Replace X with the category number, Index1, Index2 etc. with the actual column name of the index field and Value1, Value2 etc. with the search values. If only one document is found then it will be opened in the Viewer.

Replace X with the document number and version number.

If you want to return a specific document version, then specify X.Y where Y is the version number.

Replace X with the actual number of the task.

Replace X with the workflow ID. If the search returns only one item, it is automatically opened in the Web Viewer. ProcessNo must be equal with the id of the workflow where we would like to search or it must be “all” which list out all processes. If the search returns with only one item then it is automatically opened in viewer.
