The Therefore™ Migration Tool for SharePoint should be installed on the SharePoint server.
The following requirements need to be fulfilled:
•Microsoft® SharePoint® Server or Foundation 2007, 2010, or 2013.
•Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0
•Local/Farm administrator rights are required for connecting to the SharePoint® server.
