Workflow Instances in the Hit-list |

The workflow hit-list displays a list of tasks available/visible to the user. A right-click opens a context menu.

•When a workflow task or process is within 80% of the allowed duration, then it will be marked in yellow. •When a workflow task or process is overdue, then it will be marked in red. |
Process/Finish Task
If the setting Allow instance processing in Therefore™ Navigator was selected at design time, the user can select a process action from the hit-list without opening the task in the Therefore™ Viewer.
Process...
Opens the selected instance for processing.
History
View the workflow history for the selected workflow instance.
Delegate...
One or more instances can be selected and delegated. Note: Instances can only be delegated if both the user doing the delegating, and the one being delegated to, have the necessary permissions.
Claim Instances
One or more instances can be selected and claimed (by authorized users).
Unclaim Instances
One or more instances can be selected and unclaimed (by authorized users).
Delete Instances
One or more instances can be selected and deleted (by authorized users).
