All workflows assigned to the category will be listed. Select the workflow that should be started when a document is saved to this category.

On Document Update:

All workflows assigned to the category will be listed. Select the workflow that should be started when a document is updated in this category.

The following assigned workflows can be manually started (this can be configured under workflow properties):  

For information purposes, a list of all assigned workflows for which manual starting has been activated will be listed.
