New Retention Policy

View and edit the security settings.

Right-clicking on a specific category in a retention policy opens a context menu via which retention policy rules can be refined based on subcategories.  

All subcategories are listed and the retention policy can be set to <Never delete>, or it can be assigned to another retention policy. Practically this means that documents containing this index value will be assigned to the new retention policy.
