Enable Previews
Document previews in the Therefore™ Navigator can be activated (default) or deactivated.
Can Be Offline
This allows Therefore™ named users who have been given permission to work offline to take documents in this category offline. Default is true.
Full-Text Mode
Set the full-text search indexing behavior.
Include in full-text search (default)
All documents saved to the category will be included in the full-text index.
Exclude documents saved before
If selected, documents saved before the Exclude Earlier Than will be excluded from being full-text indexed. This is useful for existing categories with old documents that do not need to be full-text searchable.
Exclude from full-text search
No documents saved to the category will be included in the full-text index.
Check-In Comments
Set the necessity of check-in comments. The default is Optional, but they can also be turned off (Disabled) or they can be set to Mandatory.
New Version on Index Data Change
This determines whether a new document version is created when a user edits the index data. By default this is false (i.e. by default a new document version is not created when the index data is changed).
Cover Sheet Mode
Therefore™ documents can consist simply of index data or files whose contents cannot be displayed. For such cases, a cover sheet can be shown that displays the document's index data.
Never shown
A cover sheet showing the index data will never be shown, even if the document contains no files.
Only for empty documents
A cover sheet showing the index data will be shown if the document has no files.
Always shown
A cover sheet showing the index data will always be shown, even if the document contains files that can be displayed.
This determines whether Therefore™ documents must contain files, can contain files or may not contain files.
