Add tenant...
New tenants can be created or tenants can be migrated from an existing system. To migrate tenants the database first needs to be moved to the multi-tenant system and afterwards Add tenant... can be used for adding this system to the multi-tenant system.
Administrator Messages
Messages can be created and sent to administrators and users of the tenant. Click Add to add a message and Remove to deleted a created message.
Text
The message text can be specified.
Information Link
An URL to a website with more information can be entered. If an URL is specified then the whole message becomes a hyper-link to this website.
Start/End date
The time period in which the message will be displayed can be set.
Level
Nobody: this is the same as disabling the message since the message will not be displayed to anyone.
AdminOnly: only users with Operator or Administrator rights on the Therefore™ root object will receive this message.
All: all Therefore™ users will receive the message.
UserOnly: all users without Operator or Administrator rights on the Therefore™ root object will receive this message.
Display
Never: the message will not be displayed.
Symbol: the message will be displayed as a symbol in the status bar of the Therefore™ client application, which the user must then manually open to read.
Bubble: once a day when a user opens a Therefore™ client application the message will automatically be displayed and closed after an interval. If only Bubble is chosen then once the message is closed, it will not appear as a symbol in the status bar.
Severity
Info: the message will contain an information icon.
Warning: the message will contain a warning icon.
Error: the message will contain an error icon.
Client Type:
Applications in which the message should be displayed can be selected.

Client Version:
Version of client applications can be set e.g. > = 11.0.3 what means that all clients that have applications with version greater than and equal to 11.0.3 will receive this message.
Recipients
The names of the tenants that should receive the message can be selected (CTRL + A to select all).
Update all Licenses
All tenant licenses are checked and updated based on the Customer ID. A report will be displayed once finished.
Enable DB Upgrade
This feature enables/disables upgrade of a database. By default this is not active and thus DB Upgrade cannot be performed on individual tenants. If set to active then DB Upgrade becomes active in the tenant context menu.
Refresh
The Tenants Manager view is refreshed.
Exit
The Tenants Manager will close.
