It's possible to close a case to prevent users from making any more changes to the case. If needed, an administrator can also re-open a case.
1.Click on the File tab and choose Close Case.
2.Once a case is closed, a notification bar will appear above the document hit-list. Using this bar, it is possible for an administrator to re-open the case.

1.Users with the Reopen case permissions can click Reopen Case on the notification bar above the document hit-list to re-open a case.
