Connecting to the Thereforeâ„¢ Server |

Thereforeâ„¢ client applications can connect to a Thereforeâ„¢ Server using DCOM or Thereforeâ„¢ XML Web Service. In addition, users can connect to Thereforeâ„¢ using Thereforeâ„¢ Web Access.

Administrators can configure an IP whitelist in the Advanced Settings of the Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer. If an IP whitelist is configured, only the IP addresses or ranges on the IP whitelist will be allowed to connect to the Thereforeâ„¢ server.
This setting can be accessed as follows: Thereforeâ„¢ Solution Designer > Right-click on the Thereforeâ„¢ Node > Settings > Advanced > Security > IP Whitelist |
