My Instances
Display all workflow instances assigned to the current user. A workflow process that is started is called an instance and contains a unique and sequential number. A workflow process is started when a document (main document) is saved to the category associated with the workflow process. In addition the current task, who it is assigned to, the due date for the task and instance, as well as a list of the category's index fields, are displayed.

Configure Views
Users have the option of configuring workflow hit-lists. For example, if a user wants to remove some of the fields, change the order of the fields, or sort and/or group them. These settings are saved locally and per user, so they need to be set for each PC that the user works on.
Show Statistics
Opens a window displaying the workflow process and where in the process each workflow instance is. This allows the user to see where any bottle necks are. Hovering over the task displays further information. The numbers next to each task represent the number of instances either in an overdue state or experiencing an error.
Note: Administrators can define how often these statistics are reset with the Workflow Statistics Cleanup setting, in the advanced settings of the Thereforeā¢ Solution Designer. You may find this following these steps: Thereforeā¢ Solution Designer > Right-click on the Thereforeā¢ Node > Settings > Advanced > Workflow Statistics Cleanup. |
