The following enhancements and changes are part of the Therefore™ Online v.32 release.
Therefore™ Web Client
•Added support for Serbian Latin language
•Enabled force quit out of "Edit-in-office" mode
•Users may now add a new keyword value on-the-fly while adding a document
•Added functionality to delete cases in the Therefore™ Web Client
•Users can now move a document to another case
•Enabled use of conditional mandatory fields in the Therefore™ Web Client
•When editing the index data on a document with several tabs, tabs experiencing an error will be highlighted
•File thumbnails in documents can now be collapsed or expanded
•Added function for users to create cases ad-hoc from the case selection window
•Added macros that fill index data fields automatically with information taken from the file being added to Therefore™ Web Client
•Added functionality that allows users to change the order of files attached to a document
•Made scroll bars when viewing any content on the Therefore™ Web Client more visible
•Replaced the 'Delete File' button from the action menu with a 'Delete Document' button when a user has accessed a document
•Updated how index data values are displayed in hitlists in alignment with the format used across the system.
•Added 'Next' and 'Previous' buttons when viewing a document. Allows users to change to the next or previous document in the hitlist
•Added a settings page to the user's Avatar Menu. Allows the user to customize the behavior of the Therefore™ Web Client
Therefore™ Core
•Therefore™ Setup will now ship 64-bit executables for all Therefore™ client applications. For certain configurations of the client, this may come with a breaking change. We recommend reading our Breaking Change page for more information. Additionally, a setup for specific components that may be required in 32-bit is available on our Extranet. Please see our Breaking Change page to understand if you need any of these components
•Added new events and descriptions for Document and Case History, providing a more detailed record of events
•Added a Time Zone Setting allowing Administrators to set a specific Time Zone for the tenant. Removed Client Time Difference setting. The upgrade will attempt to convert the previous setting into the new one, however it is recommended that Administrators review this in the Advanced Settings page of the Therefore™ Solution Designer
•When converting signed PDFs, the visual representation of the digital signature will now be preserved
•Keyboard shortcuts for commands in the table context menu will now be shown next to each command
•Added ability to set appropriate permissions for a role via WebAPI
•Added functionality to share documents using Workflows
•Added a new setting allowing Administrators to disable the 'Forgotten Password' method of password recovery
•New setting added to configure the handling of a situation where the Workflow Export Task attempts to export a file that already exists
Therefore™ Online
•Enabled additional options to define which extensions should be blocked for security reasons and which should be allowed to be saved in Therefore™.
•Therefore™ Online now supports SFTP, replacing FTPS. FTPS will remain available in compatibility mode.
Therefore™ Solution Designer
•Added a search function that allows Administrators to find a specific user in the tenant's user base
Therefore™ eSignatures
•DocuSign: Enabled possibility to use templates for multiple files
•Context field will now be supported by all eSignature providers
Therefore™ Setup
•Therefore™ Anywhere is now an optional part of the setup. Additionally, SQL Compact will no longer be automatically installed for all users, and will only be included if they wish to have Therefore™ Anywhere installed.
