The following enhancements and changes are part of the Therefore™ Online v.31 release.
Therefore™ Online
•Utilized blob storage containers as upload folders to speed up saving files from the client
•Added the requirement for administrators of Therefore™ Online tenants to always have an e-mail associated with their account so their password can be recovered
Therefore™ Integration
•Discontinued support for Kofax eCopy ShareScan
•Added an option to the Therefore™ integration with Microsoft Teams to opt out of notifications for specific tasks and workflow instances
Therefore™ Core
•Added the option to add comments that automatically include ones username and a timestamp on workflow instances, documents and cases. This feature replaces the existing Additional Information field.
•Replaced local searches with personal searches that are tied to the user who configured them
•Added the option to define different document titles for the same category or case definition in different Therefore™ applications, features, and integrations
•Added the option to exclude index data fields from the full-text search
•Enhanced the functionality of index data table fields:
- Enabled copying column values from the previous or first row when adding a new row
- Enabled using the value from a different field as default for the column in a new row
- Allowed selecting multiple rows and deleting all the selected rows
•Added the option to populate keyword dictionaries using the clipboard
•Added the option to use the original file type with document sharing instead of turning all files into PDFs
•Enhanced calculated fields
- Added a new function: addDays(dateValue, days) to add integers or the value of number fields to date fields or date and time fields
- Added a new function: toString(Field1, [Optional Format String]) to convert index data field values to strings
- Enabled subtracting date fields from each other. The function returns the number of days between the two dates as an integer
- Added a Formulas tab to text fields and enabled addition (+) of text fields. In combination with the new toString function this enhancement can be used to concatenate fields.
•Standardized the use of permissions for Therefore™ cases
- The permission ‘Add case’ is now always checked for when field values are being set on case creation
- The permission ‘Update case index data’ is now always checked for when index data fields in the case header are being edited
•Updated Therefore™ color schemes to Office 2022 color schemes
•Added support for Tinyint/Logical columns in referenced tables.
•Added an advanced setting to whitelist specific IP addresses and ranges that can connect to a specific Therefore™ Online tenant. If a whitelist is configured, only users with these IP addresses or ranges can connect to Therefore™ Online.
Therefore™ Web Client
•Added additional Workflow related functions, such as delegating and deleting instances
•Enabled sharing Therefore™ documents with unauthenticated users, with other Therefore™ users, or with specific users or user groups
•Added functionality to support comments (see Core feature)
•Added an option to download the Therefore™ client
•Improved referenced table handling by automatically filling in primary and dependent fields
•Added a ‘Save’ and ‘Reset to default’ button to the column selector
•Hit-list improvements:
- Added a ‘Revert all changes’ button to the hit-lists
- Added an option to expand and collapse all rows in a search result list
•Added functionality to reflect information about the current document in the browser tab title for easier navigation
•Enhanced the options to save view customizations, such as:
- Document view: Saving the navigation sidebar’s width and/or collapsed or expanded view
- Actions sidebar: Saving the state of the Actions sidebar (expanded/collapsed) on any page
- Preview: Saving the state of the Preview (expanded/collapsed) on any page

•Added UI language support for Vietnamese
Therefore™ Content Connector
•Improved security regarding FTP access
Therefore™ eSignatures
•Added support for the following providers: Ededoc (France), Webszigno (Hungary), NitroSign (UK). Reimplemented Yousign v3.
•Enabled OAuth support for DocuSign and added a new configuration UI for authentication with OAuth
