Opens up the License Info dialog for Therefore™ Smart Capture.

The content of this dialog differs depending on the licensing mode. The licensing modes available for Therefore™ Online are Prepaid and Monthly Subscription.

Note: Licensing modes

•Prepaid: The user buys a certain number of pages. There is no time limit for consuming Therefore™ Smart Capture pages. As long as there are Smart Capture pages available and the system is live and running the pages can be used.

•Monthly Subscription: The user pays monthly for a certain amount of pages. More credits can be used for an extra fee. Leftover Smart Capture pages will be carried over into the next month and can be used.
