Licensing mode:
The Therefore™ Smart Capture licensing mode. The licensing modes available for Therefore™ Online are Prepaid and Monthly Subscription

Note: Licensing mode
•Prepaid: The user buys a certain number of pages. There is no time limit for consuming Therefore™ Smart Capture pages. As long as there are Smart Capture pages available and the system is live and running the pages can be used. •Monthly Subscription: The user pays monthly for a certain amount of pages. More credits can be used for an extra fee. Leftover Smart Capture pages will be carried over into the next month and can be used. |
Line Item Recognition:
Indicates whether Line Item Recognition is active or inactive. This can be changed in the Settings dialog.

For billing purposes, it only matters if Line Item Recognition is checked or unchecked - the number of checked line items is not relevant. |
Pages licensed per month:
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages licensed per month.
Pages available for this period:
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages available for the current billing period. A billing period always runs from the 25th of a month until the 25th of the next month.
Pages consumed in the current billing period:
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages that were used during the current billing period.
Pages consumed in the previous billing period:
Indicates the number of Therefore™ Smart Capture pages that were used during the previous billing period.
