There are four scenarios for displaying notifications for smart capture credits:
All credits used and no credits purchased for the next period
All credits used and credits purchased for the next period
Credits will probably run out within 90 days and no credits purchased for the next period
Credits will probably run out within 90 days and credits purchased for the next period
